Overview:
We partnered with Audi Canada to design an online reservation website for premium vehicles. We designed a scalable ecommerce experience that facilitates online reservations for new vehicles that are coming to market. The website has a user-tested experience, optimized for mobile-first browsing and is also enabled to be white-labeled for individual dealerships to be used as part of their sales process.
In the first 4 months of being in market, Audi received $80M in vehicle pre orders.

Vehicle Detail Page:
At a glance, the vehicle detail page showcases video content, key features, performance specifications and an image gallery of the vehicle. Upon arrival, users are able to learn about the vehicle at a high level, and click through to begin the checkout process for their reservation.

Additional states:
When a model becomes unavailable, users are able to join a waiting list where they would be notified from a dealership when stock becomes available. Users were also able to login to view, cancel or request a refund for their reservation at any time during the waiting period.

Responsive mobile design:
With users increasingly depending on their mobile devices to shop or browse for different products online, this site was fully optimized for a mobile first browsing experience. I ensured that important information was accessible and quickly scannable as a user scrolled throughout each page. On vehicle detail pages, a persistent ‘Reserve Now’ call to action follows the user down the page to allow for a seamless checkout flow.
